About Lee Chapa

For Lee Chapa, pools have been more than a profession they’ve been a major part of his life in the Austin community for over 15 years.

Having called Austin home for more than 30 years, Lee has watched the area grow and change while building pools for families throughout Central Texas. His experience ranges from traditional backyard pools designed for everyday family enjoyment to fully customized dream pools built to bring a homeowner’s vision to life.

Over the years, Lee began noticing a troubling trend throughout the Austin area: an increasing number of pools suffering from serious structural issues and damage related to Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR). After seeing the impact these problems were having on homeowners often leaving families with a major investment they could no longer enjoy, Lee decided to shift his focus.

That experience led to ManifestLC.

Today, Lee uses his extensive pool building knowledge to approach repairs from a builder’s perspective understanding not only what has gone wrong, but how a pool should have been constructed in the first place. ManifestLC specializes in addressing structural pool damage and ASR related issues, with a mission centered on helping Central Texas homeowners restore their pools and get their families back in the water.

For Lee, it’s about more than repairing concrete. It’s about helping people reclaim an important part of their home, their investment, and the memories that come with it.
